In this video, I discuss my personal approach for photographer strangers. Based on ideas and concepts which I include in my latest book Portraits of Strangers, I share how I convince people to be photographed by me.
In the short video, I also discuss what technical matters I consider including lighting, background and lens choice, as well as how to handle difficult situations such as photographing at a busy public event.
This video is part of our continuing TCF Video series on YouTube where I typically take images submitted by listeners and discuss various topics of photography. If you would like to join the conversation, please join the TCF Flickr Pool and Subscribe to the YouTube channel.
